- Monthly: 48-hour refund window after each billing cycle
- Annual: 30-day money-back guarantee + pro-rated refunds after 30 days
Annual Plans (Starter, Business, Agency)
- 30-day money-back guarantee — Full refund within 30 days of payment, no questions asked
- Pro-rated refunds — After 30 days, receive a refund for unused months (minus the annual discount)
- Downgrade credit — When downgrading, unused balance is credited to your account

What's Not Eligible for Refund
- Trial period cancellations (no charge occurs, so no refund needed)
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Monthly subscriptions after the 48-hour window
- Unused monitor slots or features
- Third-party integration costs (external services)
- Refund requests made more than 60 days after payment
