Refund Policy by Plan
Annual Plans (Starter, Agency, Enterprise)
- 30-day money-back guarantee — Full refund within 30 days of payment, no questions asked
- Pro-rated refunds — After 30 days, receive a refund for unused months (minus the annual discount)
- Downgrade credit — When downgrading, unused balance is credited to your account
Monthly Plans (Starter, Agency, Enterprise)
- 48-hour window — Full refund available within 48 hours of payment
- No refunds after 48 hours — Since you had a full 7-day trial, monthly payments are non-refundable after 48 hours
- Cancel anytime — Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period

What's Not Eligible for Refund

- Monthly subscriptions after the 48-hour window
- Unused monitor slots or features
- Third-party integration costs (SMS credits, external services)
- Refund requests made more than 60 days after payment
